LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes the execution of a construction contract change order for the nCino Sports Complex project with T.A. Loving Company in the amount not to exceed of $ 751,000; and,
WHEREAS, the construction contract change order is needed for the installation of the engineered pile foundations for site lighting at the sports complex to address compaction of poor soils; and,
WHEREAS, this project will accommodate a diversity of programming, including but not limited to youth and adult soccer, lacrosse, football, rugby, and ultimate frisbee.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT, the City Manager is authorized to execute a construction contract change order with T.A. Loving Company for the construction of the nCino Sports Complex Project, in an amount not to exceed of $751,000.00.
