Resolution Amending the City Council Travel Budget

LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, the travel budget allocated for two City Councilmembers, Mayor Pro Tem Barnett and Councilmember Joyner, needs to be increased by $750 each from Sundry’s special travel account; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Saffo’s travel budget needs to be increased by $3,000 from Sundry’s special travel account.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT, City Council approves the movement of funding from Sundry’s special travel account for an additional $750 each to be added to the travel budgets for Mayor Pro Tem Barnett and Councilmember Joyner for use in the current fiscal year.
THAT, City Council approves the movement of funding from Sundry’s special travel account for an additional $3,000 to be added to the travel budget for Mayor Saffo for use in the current fiscal year.
