Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Contract with GovernmentJobs.com, Inc. of El Segundo, CA, for Four Years for a Total Cost of $351,390 [Funding: IT Budget]

LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, the City has a current contract with GovernmentJobs.com, Inc. (“NEOGOV”) of El Segundo, CA.; and,
WHEREAS, the City would like to continue using NEOGOV’s recruitment, staff onboarding, and performance appraisal software; and,
WHEREAS, the City has secured a fixed price four-year contract at a total cost not to exceed $351,390, and subject to annual budget approvals.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT, the City Manager; is hereby authorized to sign an agreement with GovernmentJobs.com, Inc., of El Segundo, CA, for FY25 at approximately $81,140, contingent upon budget adoption.
THAT, the City Manager is hereby authorized to exercise three (3) annual renewals at a total cost not exceeding $351,390 over the four years of the contract, also subject upon budget adoption.
