LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
This ordinance authorizes the City Manager to appropriate a grant award in the amount of $9,945 from the Nature Conservancy as a sub-award through the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation Longleaf Stewardship Fund. to partially fund longleaf pine savanna restoration across Forty-five acres at Halyburton Park. There is no grant match required for accepting these funds.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:
THAT, the following supplemental appropriation is hereby made to the Special Purpose Fund, and that the revenues are available to meet this appropriation.
