Ordinance Making Supplemental Appropriation to the Public Facilities Capital Projects Fund in the Amount of $485,566 for the RiverLights Fire Station Project (4PSMF1930)

LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, this ordinance appropriates $485,566 to the Public Facilities Capital Projects Fund for the RiverLights Fire Station Project (4PSMF1930), which will serve as an additional contingency to cover the costs related to unexpected conflicts with private underground utility lines and other corresponding site access issues; and,
WHEREAS, City staff requests the additional costs of $125,000 be funded from surplus from the construction of the Police/Fire Training Facility (4PSMF1010) and $360,566 from the available interest earnings within the RiverLights Fire Station Project (4PSMF1930).
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:
THAT, the following appropriation is hereby made to the Public Facilities Capital Projects Fund, and that the following revenue is available to meet this appropriation.
