Ordinance Making Appropriation of $900,000 to the Parks and Recreation Capital Projects Fund for the nCino Sports Complex (3CRPK1863)

LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, this ordinance appropriates $900,000 to the nCino Sports Complex (3CRPK1863); and,
WHEREAS, up to $695,000 is necessary to execute a contract change order to TA Loving Company Inc., as addressed in a companion resolution, which includes additional funding needed for the construction contract change order for the landscape and irrigation modifications, additional landfill material removal and import soil for the storm water control measures, and contractor's general conditions extension from June 2024 to August 2024; and,
WHEREAS, the remaining $205,000 appropriated will go towards additional unexpected tipping fees for waste removal and implementation of the environmental management plan.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:
THAT, the following appropriation is hereby made to the Parks and Recreation Capital Projects Fund and the General Fund, and that the following revenues are available to meet this appropriation:
