Resolution Authorizing a Change Order to T.A. Loving Company for the nCino Sports Complex (3CRPK1863) in an Amount Not to Exceed $695,000

LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes the award of a construction contract change order for the nCino Sports Complex project to TA Loving Company in an amount not to exceed $695,000; and,
WHEREAS, the construction contract change order is needed for landscape and irrigation modifications, additional landfill material removal, import soil for storm water control measures, and general conditions extension from June 2024 to August 2024; and,
WHEREAS, this project will accommodate a diversity of programming, including but not limited to youth and adult soccer, lacrosse, football, rugby and ultimate frisbee.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT, the City Manager is authorized to execute a construction contract change order with the TA Loving Company for the construction of the nCino Sports Complex Project in the amount not to exceed $695,000.
