Resolution Designating Official Depositories for City Funds

LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, the City of Wilmington is required to designate official depositories for the deposit of public funds by North Carolina General Statute 159-31.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT, the City of Wilmington City Council hereby designates the following financial institutions as official depositories:
Bank of America, N.A. (Central Depository)
First Citizens Bank and Trust Company
First Bank
PNC Bank
TD Bank
Wells Fargo Bank
Truist Bank (merger of Branch Banking & Trust and Sun Trust Bank)
US Bank
First National Bank
