LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, this resolution authorizes a contract amendment for the 2023 Annual Needs Brick Street Maintenance Contract to JENNs, LLC in the amount of $291,805; and,
WHEREAS, the contract amendment is needed to continue with brick street rehabilitation in the downtown area, per the Historic Brick and Stone Streets Policy approved by City Council in February of 2017; and,
WHERAS, the funds for this contract are budgeted in the Brick Street Rehab Capital Improvement Project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT, the City Manager is Authorized to execute a contract amendment with JENNs, LLC for continued brick rehabilitation work in the amount of $291,805.
