Ordinance Making Supplemental Appropriation of $1,700,000 to the General Fund and $100,000 to the Parking Fund for the Purpose of Funding Improvements to 115 N. 3rd Street and 114 N. 2nd Street for a Lease to the United States General Services Administration

LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
This Ordinance will appropriate FY25 General Fund unassigned fund balance in the amount of $1,700,000 and Parking Fund unassigned fund balance in the amount of $100,000 to fund improvements to City owned properties located at 115 N. 3rd Street and 114 N. 2nd Street to fulfill the obligations of a lease agreement which requires the City to make improvements to the facilities prior to the occupancy of the tenant, the United States General Services Administration.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:
THAT, the following supplemental appropriation is hereby made to General Fund, the Parking Fund, the Building Improvements Capital Projects Fund and the Parking Capital Projects Fund and that the following revenues are available to meet this appropriation.
