LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
This ordinance will appropriate funds for Griffin Strong Interests, Inc., to conduct a disparity study, the results of which will allow the City to adopt an accurate goal of bidding and awarding procurement and construction services to minority and women owned businesses.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:
THAT, the following appropriation is hereby made to the General Fund, and sufficient revenues are available to make the appropriation:
