LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, this ordinance appropriates $918,693 to the Bike/Ped Project (2TRST1594) Funds for the Masonboro Loop Multi-Use Path Phase II Project from various funding sources, which is necessary to award the construction contract to S&C Construction, LLC, of Wilmington, NC, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:
THAT, the following appropriation is hereby made to the Streets and Sidewalks Capital Projects Fund, and that the following revenue is available to meet this appropriation.
