PURPOSE:
The purpose of this resolution is to accept the proposed donation of a 0.41 acre parcel of land owned by Cameron Company, L.L.C., abutting the southeastern boundary, Tract C, of the City’s Silverstream Branch Water Quality Facility.
BACKGROUND:
The Silverstream Branch Water Quality Facility consists of three tracts designated as Tract A, Tract B, and Tract C, on a map recorded in Map Book 32, Page 319, of the New Hanover County Register of Deeds, together with associated drainage easements depicted on the map. These tracts were conveyed to the City by deed, recorded on November 12, 1992, in Book 1630, Page 640, of the New Hanover County Registry. The property proposed for donation abuts the southeastern boundary of Tract C, and would augment and provide additional access to this tract.
