PURPOSE:
The purpose of this resolution is to renew a three-year contract with Info-Tech Research Group (“Info-Tech”), for consulting and training provided to the IT department.
BACKGROUND:
The IT department has been working with Info-Tech since September 2016. Info-Tech provides the department with consulting services including guiding implementations for various initiatives, training for IT staff, templates and documentations for departmental use, and professional surveys to gather feedback from customers on how to improve delivery of services.

BUDGET IMPACT:
The total contracted amount is $106,869 over a three-year period. The City will be billed annually in the amount of $35,623. Initial year funding will come from the General Fund account 10017000-544022. Future years’ funding will be contingent upon appropriate allocation made through the budget adoption process.
