PURPOSE:
The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the City Manager to enter into a three (3) year contract with Galls Parent Holdings, LLC, (“Galls”) for the purchase of WPD‘s Class A Uniforms.
BACKGROUND:
The current agreement for Class A Uniforms expires June 30, 2025. The City received bids for the Class A Uniform contract with Galls Parent Holdings, LLC, submitting the most responsive, responsible bid.

BUDGET IMPACT:
The yearly estimated amount of the contract is $57,934.70 and is included in the Police Department’s base budget, contingent upon the approval of the FY 26 annual budget. This will be a three (3) year contract with an estimated total cost of $173,804.10.
