PURPOSE:
The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the City Manager to enter into a three (3) year contract with Galls Parent Holdings, LLC, for the purchase of WPD’s Tactical Uniforms.
BACKGROUND:
The current agreement for tactical uniforms expires June 30, 2025. The City received bids for the tactical uniforms contract, with Galls Parent Holdings LLC submitting the lowest, responsive, responsible bid.

BUDGET IMPACT:
The yearly estimated amount is $54,131.40, and that amount is included in the Police Department base budget, contingent upon approval of the FY 26 annual budget. This will be a three (3) year contract with an estimated total of $162,394.20.
