PURPOSE:
The purpose of this resolution is to accept an existing, platted, dedicated drainage easement that will be used for the Brookshire Ln/Beasley Rd Stormwater Improvements Project. The easement in this resolution was previously recorded when the subdivision was created in 1972.
BACKGROUND:
Easements for the Brookshire Ln/Beasley Stormwater Improvements Project were presented for acceptance at the June 6th, 2023, City Council meeting. Additional review of the Brookshire Ln/Beasley Stormwater Improvements Project revealed that one (1) easement, was inadvertently not accepted at that meeting. This easement area is required to complete the project based on the design of the culvert to be replaced under Brookview Road.
