PURPOSE:
Attached for your consideration is a resolution authorizing the official acceptance of right-of-way improvements for ownership, operation, and maintenance by the City.
BACKGROUND:
The roads and easements proposed for acceptance were constructed in 2024 by Echo Farms, LLC for the Woodlands at Echo Farm, Tract 2 project. The improvements include approximately 0.44 miles of roadway and associated drainage and pedestrian improvements. The streets and easements proposed for acceptance within the Woodlands at Echo Farms, Tract 2 project are identified in attached Exhibit A. Site photos of each street are also attached.
Section 18-596.A of the City Code makes provisions for City Council to approve these additions to the City’s infrastructure system upon recommendation by the City Manager.
