Ordinance Appropriating Funds for Skyline Center Upfits Project in the Amount of $6,299,636

LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, the City of Wilmington has previously contracted for the design and construction management services for the Skyline Center Upfit project; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to move forward into the construction phase of the Skyline Center Upfit project; and,
WHEREAS, funding for the construction phase and furnishings have been identified through various sources within the current budget; and,
WHEREAS, this ordinance will appropriate funds for the construction and construction management related to the Skyline Center upfits to City occupied floors in the amount of $6,299,636.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:
THAT, the following appropriation is hereby made to the General Fund, Building Improvements Capital Projects Fund, Streets Capital Projects Fund, Housing Loan Fund, and the Convention Center Fund, and sufficient revenues are available to make the appropriation:
