LEGISLATIVE INTENT/PURPOSE:
WHEREAS, this ordinance appropriates $544,000 to the nCino Sports Complex Project (3CRPK1863), which is necessary to execute a contract change order of $751,000 to T.A. Loving Company, for the additional work required for engineered pile foundations; and,
WHEREAS, the difference in the amount between the appropriation and the change order is coming from project contingency funds.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED:
THAT, the following appropriation is hereby made to the Parks and Recreation Capital Projects Fund and the Debt Service Fund, and that the following revenues are available to meet this appropriation:
