PURPOSE

The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the City Manager to amend a contract with StreetScan USA Inc (“StreetScan”) in the amount of $21,600 for an annual software license for Asset Management Software used for the City’s street rehab program.

 

BACKGROUND:   

The City entered into a contract with StreetScan for this annual service in FY22, which included automatic renewal until terminated by either party. The total expenses to date are $83,375. The proposed $21,600 contract amendment for FY27 will exceed the City Manager's $90,000 service contract signature limit. Below is a summary of the contract costs to date and the proposed FY27 cost.

This contract amendment will allow the continuation of long-term planning for preventive maintenance and rehabilitation of the City’s 400+ miles of road network. The total value of the contract pending approval of this resolution will be $104,975.
