PURPOSE:
The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the City Manager to contract for the continued maintenance and support of WPD’s electronic record management system with CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, for FY27.
B.ACKGROUND:
The Police Department has used the RMS electronic record system, including Mobile Field Reporting and One Solution, for many years. The three (3)- year agreement with CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, ends on June 30, 2026. At this time the Police Department wants to renew the maintenance and support for one (1) year.

BUDGET IMPACT:
The cost for the maintenance and support for FY27 is $232,527 and is included in WPD’s base budget, contingent upon approval of the FY27 annual budget.
