PURPOSE:
The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the City Manager to enter into a three-year contract with Atlantic Tactical, Inc. for the purchase of WPD’s leather gear.
BACKGROUND:
The current agreement for leather gear expires June 30, 2026. The City received bids for the leather gear contract, with Atlantic Tactical, Inc. submitting the lowest, responsive, responsible bid.

BUDGET IMPACT:
The estimated annual amount is $38,538 and is included in the Police Department base budget, contingent upon approval of the FY27 annual budget. This will be a three-year contract with a total cost of $115,614. Subsequent years will be contingent upon approval of annual budgets.
